Just to let you know the coarse language is usually being used by the viewers as what I am saying sinks in.

People selling houses they have an interest in, but do not have the authority to sell.

People selling houses where some component of the property abstract is being misrepresented i.e.: property line, title type, encroachments etc.

And, people reneging on what they have agreed to do in writing and considering that part of the negotiation process is an everyday occurrence.
